Annette DiResta is a real estate titan and beacon of resilience, her journey rooted in her mother Diana’s escape from war-torn Korea, turning pennies into a tip-jar empire. That grit shaped Annette’s rise, from Honolulu’s salty breeze and early days with KITV and American Airlines to beginning as an assistant to  top producers at Coldwell Banker Morgan Hill. Her desk, a battlefield of listings as she rapidly became a top producer, led to the International Diamond Society and a Property Previews designation as a luxury property specialist, success warm as Silicon Valley’s sun.

With a broker’s license, Annette joined Alain Pinel REALTORS© (now Compass), earning a spot in the Presidential’s Circle—top 10%—and certifications like Relocation of the World and NAR’s At Home with Diversity. She thrived at Sotheby’s and Intero (Berkshire Hathaway) before founding Morgan Hill Real Estate. 

Returning briefly to Oahu, she earned a Hawaii Broker’s license and NAR CIPS Certified International Property Specialist title, blending island roots with global expertise. While studying, she returned to the airlines in operations for AA and at the fitness center at the Waialae Country Club and assisted with Vive Honolulu’s interest list for their new launch.

Faith anchors her mission. From children’s Bible study to church councils, hospitality and production teams, Annette has served, assisting with launching churches and transforming a 25,000 sq ft Gold’s Gym into a sanctuary in Morgan Hill, obtaining a CUP Conditional Use Permit for Jubilee Bridge and helped with the launch of both Cathedral of Faith Morgan Hill and Vive Morgan Hill.
